Connected-account credentials are not returned to the browser.
Users can disconnect accounts or request beta data removal where possible.
PromoteFlow collects account details, connected-account status, product inputs, generated drafts, approvals, schedules, run history, and publishing results needed to operate the service.
When you connect a social platform, PromoteFlow stores only the information needed to identify and use your authorized connection. Access tokens and credentials are handled server-side and are not returned to the browser.
We use your data to create previews, send approved drafts or posts, show history, enforce beta limits, fix errors, and improve the seller workflow.
Approved content may be sent to third-party services such as TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, Etsy, Supabase, Vercel, and the configured automation runner. Those services process data under their own policies.
You can disconnect accounts, stop using the service, or request removal of beta data where legally and operationally possible.
